Returns & Refunds 

At Anders & Co., we take pride in the quality of our timepieces and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your watch, we offer a 14 day return window from the time you receive your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • You must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your Anders & Co. watch.
  • The watch must be unused, in brand-new condition, and include all original protective stickers, packaging, and accessories (such as tags, manuals, and any other items received with the product).
  • The watch must be returned in its original box and packaging to ensure it is protected during the return shipment.

Non-Eligible Returns: Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions: 

  • The watch has been worn, used, or damaged.
  • The protective stickers, tags, or packaging are removed or tampered with.
  • The return request is made after the 14 day window from receipt of the item.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [info@andersandcotimepieces.com] within 14 days of receiving your watch. Provide your order number and details about your return request.

2. Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive return instructions, including the return address. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

3. Return Shipping: Ensure the watch is carefully packaged and returned with all original contents. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item, as Anders & Co. is not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order separately.

Final Sale Items: Please note that any items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during special promotional events are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Anders & Co. 1-Year Limited Warranty

Thank you for choosing Anders & Co. We are committed to delivering high-quality timepieces and stand by the craftsmanship of our products. Your Anders & Co. watch is warranted to the original purchaser for a period of one 1 year from the date of purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Warranty Coverage: This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Specifically, the following items are covered:

  • The watch movement
  • Hands
  • Dial

If any covered component is found to be defective within the warranty period, Anders & Co. will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the watch with the same model (or a similar model if the original is not available), free of charge.

Exclusions: This limited warranty does not cover:

1. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear:
- Scratches, dents, or other damage caused by the wearer
- Damage due to impact, improper use, or mishandling
- Exposure to excessive moisture, extreme heat, or corrosive materials

2. Water Damage:
While Anders & Co. watches may be resistant to splashes or brief contact with water, damage resulting from submersion or immersion in water (e.g., swimming, showering, or diving) is not covered under this warranty. 

3. Batteries, straps, and crystal (glass):
Any wear or damage to the strap, crystal, or battery is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered under this warranty.

4. Unauthorized repairs or alterations:
Any repair or alteration made by a party other than Anders & Co. or an authorized service center will void this warranty.

How to Claim

To claim warranty service, please contact our customer service team at info@andersandcotimepieces.com and provide proof of purchase, along with a detailed description of the issue. If your claim is valid, you will be given instructions on how to return your watch for service. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs to the authorized service center.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Anders & Co. shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the use or performance of the watch.
